Over at Kotaku.com they are reporting that with the new xbox 360 update that was released it also comes with a new terms of service agreement for US citizens. The new terms basically says you can't sue xbox or microsoft if something goes wrong with xbox live or your xbox. To all our geezer members that may use the PlayStation 3, or have signed up with sony playstation network, or qriocity services it is adviced that you change your passwords to your online accounts, to keep an eye on your credit score for identity theft, and to watch your accounts for unathorized transactions. This basically means that Sony has no idea what is going on and what was actually taken from there network during the illegal intrusion to the PlayStation network.

Sony is sending out emails to all members that have signed up with PlayStation network or other related services that may have been effected. The following is the email that I just received about a half hour ago.
