Banner makers?

Is there anyone out there that makes a good banner? I'm terrible at it, otherwise I wouldn't ask. I had my own personal banner maker, but he's busy with RL right now and doesn't have time to game much less make a banner. I'm of course going to let you take total credit if you want to put your name on it, but basically what I'm looking for is a Spartan sniping with the words "The last thing you'll never see coming" on it. No time constraint, and I'm not picky on style either, do what you would like to do. Appreciate the help in advance!

Jeep - I am not a graphic artist by a long shot, but I had some fun tinkering with bannersketch.com and made my own. Just need to find a good pic - I found a halfway decent one of Jun sniping out of the aircraft.

And no, it looked weird with "HyperCopy" on it. I'd prefer leaving it the way it is.

What program do you guys use? Photoshop? I used to have PS 6.0, but haven't bothered with it since switching over to our MacBook Pro. I didn't know if there were any free programs out there that did basically the same thing. (I used to use irfanview to resize pics)
