    gotta love this customer service


    my wife ordered me the black slim for my birthday, they shipped me the reach edition by mistake. i shipped it back and asked for the one we ordered and they returned the reach edition saying it was non-returnable. they apologized for the mistake and shipped me the black slim. i got 2 250 gig 360's, 4 controllers, 1 headset, and reach for 400. good birthday for me!
