Hubby and I went to see this today. He was more interested in seeing it than I was, but that's besides the point. I really enjoyed it. I had read some reviews that said it was too much violence and crap like that, but I don't think it was. I think it was well done personally, and hubby said that there were quite a few points that were true to the original (which I don't remember seeing if I have seen it).
Overall, it was entertaining and I don't remember it having any slow parts to it.
There is a fine line between genius and insanity ... I have erased that line.

Saw it last night... pretty decent movie. Jason Statham is actually starting to become an actor..... GASP!
Didn't realize it was a remake... saw the original too... when it first came out!!! god I am old.
