Well, 2012 will happen, then 89 years after that, it will be 2101. If you take a given point in 2012, 88 years later will still be the year 2100. I guess if we want to get really technical, it's 88 years and change.

In today's edition of funky repeating numbers, my Zune play count was 30730.
Today I noticed in the Zune software that my number of plays was a cool, even 33,000.
So Spike Lee tweets what he believes to be the address of George Zimmerman, asking others to retweet it. Turns out that he has the wrong address, and an elderly couple flees their home due to the threats that they keep getting. Spike apologizes for having the wrong address.
But this begs the question, what exactly was Spike HOPING to accomplish if he had the right address? Was he hoping for the insane mob activity that it led to? That's the only thing that makes sense. His tweet is equivalent to a bunch of farmers standing in the town square with pitchforks, and him yelling, "Over there! Get 'em!!" I seriously doubt he was advocating a campaign of sternly-written letters to Mr. Zimmerman. His only goal had to have been some sort of 21st century frontier justice, be it the terrorizing of Zimmerman or actual crime against him.
What the heck?
You dumb bastard. It's not a schooner, it's a sailboat.
In a related note, the "New Black Panther" party has offered a $10,000 bounty for a citizens arrest of Zimmerman...you think this isn't a thinly veiled call to put some hurt on Mr. Zimmerman? It's beyond ironic that 80+ years ago "innocent until proven guilty" was circumvented by lynch mob justice and we are now living it again with parties in a role reversal kind of situation....

Few things are more ironic than a syrup spill on Buttermilk Pike.
