You're going down in 2 Little Mac, Doc wont save you
Games are for fun... not a way to live, or die.
Just another way to vilify video games. As they said there, the problem most often affects air passengers. They're not trying to raise awareness that long flights can kill you, are they? That NBC guy, David Bloom, died from that after being in a tank in Iraq for too long. Damn video games.
lol good point

Maybe you could start an ad campaign, Krazy - Tanks Can Kill You!
I've seen this linked everywhere. The kid sat still way too long but this could happen to people with desk jobs or people who come home and sit down in front of the tv all night every night.
On the other hand Microsofts response was week. They need to get out there and show they are way ahead of this instead of just saying we encourage gamers to take breaks. They could be bundling gym memberships or discounts with Kinect games or putting together fit gamer groups who not only play together but help to keep each other fit by exercising together.
Yes, blame the videogames and not the parents. Good move.
There you go. It should be the responsibility of the TV manufacturer's to not allow the TV to be on for too long. Because even if the Xbox forced you to take a break, there's still TV. Then, of course, you'd also have to get the computer people involved. And the porn people.
12 hours straight? That's insane. Even when I've done Extra Life, I only sit for 3-4 hours at a time. The parents are more negligent than anything else here...I'm sorry the kid died, but c'mon...
