    Thought for the day....

    "Yesterday coming home from a friends BBQ, Nancy and I passed 126 and 53rd st in Springfield. It's the place where Father and Eugene Police Officer Chris Kilcullen was killed on a traffic stop.
    Citizens have put up many Cross', Flags and Flowers out of respect. My eye's lingered on the spot as we drove by and then I saw something that made my heart break.
    A Eugene Police officer had stopped on the road and he sat on his knee's praying. God Bless and protect our service men and women. Amen
    .
    Also, the 10th anniversery of 9/11 is coming up fast. Don't forget to take moment to remember the victiims of the cowards who commited this act, as well as all the brothers & sisters of the badge who gave their lives as heroes.

    I didn't know many of them, but they were my brothers & sisters...I love & miss them.
