    We named her Ava after Ava gardner. She was a bit of a harlet and I have my fingers crossed my Ava wont be that way, but I loved her as an actress. lol.

    We like semi-old-fashioned names. For our second daughter, we considered such things as Fay, Jane, Vivien, etc. Ava wasn't necessarily named for, but was inspired by Ava Gardner.
