At least the East is carrying the fun. Looks like Coyotes are not going to show up or maybe they already overachieve what they had in mind. I don't want to see the Kings going 4x0 and having a year off to wait for the winner of Devils vs Rangers.
    Go Yotes!

If Quick keeps playing as he's been playing, the Kings are going to be hard to beat. The Rangers could give them a run for their money, but I think the Kings got the edge!

The Coyotes actually played their best game against the Kings tonight, but it still wasn't enough. (They took a lot of penalties.) I was hoping they'd win ONE game this series so we could say goodbye to the team in Phoenix... you know, before they're gone FOREVER.

I think the Kings are definitely going to win the Cup. The only question is: are they going to sweep the Rangers?

I don't think we are going to make it to the finals

Honestly, a part of me wants to see the Kings only lose 1 game in the playoffs to beat the Edmonton Oiler's streak of 16-2. It would be nice to see that part of history live although it would mean a pretty boring Stanley Cup finals

    LOL!

Well, since history is out the window, might as well have Yotes come back and win it all

Some "experts" weigh in on the "controversial" hit that resulted in the game-winning goal last night:

The collision looked unfortunate, but clean to me. I don't think a penalty should have been called.

Doan does. And so does Yandle, but who wants to ever hear from Yandle again:

I don't have too much sympathy for them. Bad officiating can decide a game, but not a series. Coyotes dug themselves into a 3-1 hole after not showing up the first two games. The better team won. Sure, the end came abruptly, and tasted a bit sour, but nobody really expected them to beat the Kings, did they? Of course not. Be proud of a great season.

One thing that annoyed me, though. In previous years we fans got to say goodbye to our team, yelling "let's go Coyotes!" until our throats were hoarse, but last night it looked like the media hustled them off to turn immediate focus onto the Kings. The Kings can wait. This may be the last time we ever get to see the Coyotes IN PHOENIX. Can't we cheer for them a little long--oh, guess not, they're gone.
