I bought a Cocoon Grid-It for my tablet. Love it. The tablet slides in and out and must be removed from the case to be used. I prefer this since most covers that let you use the device through it add too much weight.

Jeeps, you'll also want to get a micro-fiber lens cleaning cloth, like the kind that come with eye glasses, to keep the screen clean. If you're a stickler about fingerprints on your computer monitor or laptop screen, you'll need this to keep your sanity. Fold up a couple of these and keep them in your Grid-it.
