I have two questions here.

First, when I created my character the feature to share him wasn't working so I advanced to the game. Is there another way I can upload my character?

You can upload your character from any clothing store.

Second, how the hell do you get the police to stop chasing you!?!?!?

You can stop the cops and the rival gangs from chasing you by hiding in any building you own, e.g. crib, shop you purchased, etc. Just hang-out until the icons showing their aggravation disappears.

By the way, in co-op, your HUD may show that the heat is off, but if your co-op partner is still outhere causing a ruckus, this will affect you. Bean and I went touring again, which inevitably leads to a cop chase or two or a dozen. We confiscated a sweet, undamaged sports car that I promptly drove up the median and got stuck. It was an elevated expressway, so when I exited I fell through the gap and landed below. We were separated at that point. I was getting tagged pretty heavily by police and the Luchadores, so I made a bee-line for the crib. I barely make it and wait for things to cool off. The HUD showed everything was clear, cops and rivals, but the second I stepped outside six cop cars and a butt-load of Luchadores came out of nowhere and took me out. Then, I respawned outside the hospital, same thing. Bean was really stirring the pot. We had to both hide in the crib to get everyone off our asses.

The cops in SR3 are amped up from the last game. They are relentless.

BTW, I took out a chase copter with one shot from my pistol (the 45 you start with).

Ha, I figured out the upload thing when I got my sex change last night. The cops really are relentless, they just dont stop but I do like how you can hide in this game...unlike GTA where the cops can apparently see through buildings and walls. I have used many a dumpster and hid behind it. It seems although the AI is not all that smart there seems to be a pretty impressive line of site implemented here.

I really enjoyed the hour that I got to play last night. The first mission with the Airplane was HOLY CRAP fun. I just wish you could have played the cockpit scene... And I must say, the view I had of my character in a free fall was almost like having a porn tape in...

Yup, it was. I sent you a "thank you" for the invites message this morning. I saw them but she was having a blast! I never seen her play a game like that and actually enjoying it, so I let her have fun. Hell I actually got enjoyment out of her playing, kinda like a tables are turned moment.

Wasn't that in another game? An arcade racing game that used to be popular with Geezers? I may be mistaken.

No "Forgive & Forgets" that I can see in SR3.

You have to download the Initatnation Station to your Xbox. Go to xbox.com and type Initatnation Station in the search. It's over 800 MB's. From there you can make a character or upload your character your playing the game with. You can check on your uploaded character by going to saintsrow.com and making a account.

To get the cops to stop chasing you or a gang just go all the way inside one of your cribs. It's that simple.
