I saved so far three hostages but now i'm stuck can someone help me.

I have only saved two of the hostages so far, but according to a message, I just solved/ found enough riddles to discover the location of the 3rd hostage.

My understanding is you just need to keep finding the Riddler trophies and solving the riddles until the next riddle becomes available on the Engima Machine.

80 Riddler trophies - 1st hostage
160 Riddler trophies - 2nd hostage
240 Riddler trophies - 3rd hostage
320 Riddler trophies - 4th hostage
400 Riddler trophies - Final hostage

I haven't used it, yet, but XBox360achievements.org has fantastic "Achievement Guide"s for just about any game you are looking for.

I am fighting the urge to look, especially for help with the Identity Thief killer side mission, because I know I'm missing something.
This might help you with some of the Riddler problems, though.

If I recall correctly, the second victim is going to be located back by the Riddler church, on one of the crumbled road ways spilling into the harbor.
