Battlefield 3

Been seeing a lot of jihad quad (I'm trademarking that by the way). Not necessarily loading the quad up with C4 and jumping off before making it go KA-BOOM. But using the ATV to quickly out maneuver armor, planting C4, and blowing stuff up. Sort of an interesting tactic because several of the new vehicles are 1-person rides, so you don't have a separate gunner watching your tail. Hoping to get in more games this weekend.

Which map are people preferring?

Once people start unlocking the perimeter defense system for their one person vehicles, you will probably see less of that happening.

Traded in my old copy of Battlefield 3, and got the premium edition for $25 on Black Friday. I plan to get back into this game online.

just got battlefield 3..and of course no pass..or at least a good one..anybody have a battlefield pass. really wanna get back online with this ..i like the slower gameplay..its like hardcore on COD

Not sure if many geezers are still playing BF3 or not. I am looking for more people to play with. I find it much more enjoyable to communicate and use teamwork. I am on eastern time.

Played a bit of air superiority and while it seemed like a good idea on paper the actually play hurts. You get one team filled with the people who own the server. they fly together and communicate. the other team pretty much fly solo from point to point at random feeding kills to server owners. Maybe if i grind through enough captures I might have a chance at getting a few kills because now my heat seeking missiles never hit anything and I can never break a lock on my jet. I twist I Dive break and afterburn in attempt to get away and I might as well be flying in a straight line for all the good it does me.

Saddest thing about that gametype is that I was able to get 2nd MVP with a K/D of 0-27. I can't get a kill with the jet for the life of me but I just flew around capping flags.
