Lonewolf events comming up.

I know some people have yet to be able to get into the Elite website as of yet. So I am posting a list of upcoming events for the Lonewolf section. These are events that only count you, not your group, not your clan, just you. You will need to get into Elite sometime before the date and time listed to enlist for the event, I think you can enlist right up to the start time.

November 20th
Game type: Domination.
Goal :Highest total defends. <protecting one of the domination flags you get defense points>
Time : 7pm PST to 9:59pm PST.

November 21st
Game type: Domination
Goal: most Captures
Time: 6pm PST to 10pm PST

November 22nd
Game type: Team Death Match
Goal: Most kills
Time: 5pm PST to 9pm PST

November 23rd
Game type: Capture the Flag
Goal: Most flag captures
Time: 7pm PST to 11pm PST

November 24th
Game type: Kill Confirmed
Goal: Most confirms
Time: 6pm PST to 9pm PST

November 25th
Game type: Team Defender
Goal: Most kills
Time: 11am PST to 2pm PST.

I also wanted to add that the rewards for these events are just badges to use in game. Most if not all rewards a special badge, in bronze for the top 50%, in silver for the top 25%, and in gold for the top 10%.

I think this is kind of cool, makes getting at least a bronze badge seem reachable.

I was concerned about people figuring out how to cheat this by "Boosting" or some such nonsense, but seeing as how it has to be in a public match it doesn't seem as likely.

If anyone wants to group up for this to makes these a little easier shoot me a FR or post here, or in the #Gzer group on Elite, or join the GezrGamers Clan on elite. I think doing this in groups would help.

Just a reminder the first Lonewolf Operation is tonight at 7pm PST. Just enlist through Elite then play any public Domination game type. The people with the most "Defends" Killing enemies near your flags points will get a new badge.

Top 50 to 74% get a bronze Rampaging Behemoth badge. Looks like an Elephant on fire I think.
Top 75 to 89% get the badge in silver
Top 90 to 100%get it in gold.

Looks like after tonight the rest of the event dates changed. But since there doesn't seem to be much interest I am not changing them. Just warning you that they changed.

I had signed up for one but forgot all about it until I saw on Elite that I had a silver badge. I've signed up for all the lonewolf ones for the next month or so. I think the real big interests in these things are when the clan operations start...that way we can level up our respective clans and get double xp and such.

I agree, the clan operations will most likely be much harder to get a badge in. Did you happen to look at the boards showing who won and at what level last night?

The end of the Bronze medals was something like just under 9,000th position. So that should mean 18,000 people enlisted? but positions like 6,000 to 9,000 or whatever got Bronze medals with 0 points. So not a lot of people got on to play Domination last night. Even so I played hard even through the lag last night and got likw 1,600 position I think for a gold medal with like 33 defends.

Than you have the top guy with something like 270 defends? 270 defends in 3 hours? I call BS! but who knows I see a lot of people getting 40 something kills per match.

Do you know if you can get caln xp even if you don't get a badge? Even if it is just a few points I would be ok with that. I saw somewhere that Activision will have Elit fully functional by December 1. So, hopefully we can start doing clan ops then.

On the lonewolf one I just did the last place person was ranked at 17,331. And I am pretty sure the top players boosted. I know I will never win but I enter 'em anyway. I got 2,590th place. I wish I had remembered about the event so I could have camped more on the flags.

I am in the same boat, I was surprised when I saw I got Gold, I was expecting a Bronze at best just because I am not that good. But since I remembered and then played it specific for that purpose I guess I was one of the few thousand that did. Still kind of shocked that even with 6 million plus players only 18k or so enlisted, and only a few thousand of those played.

As for Clan XP, I have no idea, I hope that it will be just playing will grant your clan XP no matter how you do, like you said a few points, while the winners might gain a few hundred or something.
I do know that they said that only the top 6 scorers in the Clan will count as the Clan points, that way small clans can compete with big clans. Those top 6 players I think get individual badges while the Clan itself gets one for it's page. and in some cases of real world prizes only those 6 players will get them.

I wish these events would give you a notification in game that they are going on. Since i registered for these on elite about a week ago i forgot when they actually took place. It should be linked and give you a notification in game that these are going on.

That would be nice, Maybe a pop up on the screen like when a friend comes on, or as a message a half hour before or something. Is there a way to send a message to multiple people on live? I will have to check maybe I can set something up. I know with the new dashboard they have beacons, I can set one of those up and try to help let people know? I don't know, I will look around online while the kids are sleeping and see.
