Numbers are still great, though we can't see the numbers. I played some Team Death Match for about 5 hours on Saturday and had no problems finding games. (both "Regional" and "Worldwide")
Dinobots come out tomorrow!
Skr8pn just picked it up... which brings us to an updated list of Geezers FoC folks:
I have to say that I am really enjoying the game. I am not that into the Transformers universe beyond enjoying the cartoon when I was a kid. Truthfully, I really hope that they take the series in the direction to have the generation 1 robots and locales on earth. That said, I am actually enjoying the campaign quite a bit and the MP is a ton of fun. I liked the MP in the first High Moon game and this one continues the solid work there. I haven't had any problems finding games which is nice and the addition of the Dinobots and Insecticons in the game really adds to the fun. It is great seeing a T-Rex running around in the matches. I like the maps a lot and it is a great change of pace from the military shooters. I hope some of you guys will come back from time to time and play. It really is a solid game.
I also hope that the DLC will be done in a smart way. They have charged for two cosmetic packs(Dinobots and Insecticons) but you don't have to have it to play the MP. I would love it if they would continue to do that but release maps for free. That way, the community wouldn't be separated. We shall see.
I am about halfway through the campaign and am really surprised at how much I am enjoying it. I don't usually care too much about any SP when it comes to any shooter. I don't know why. Each mission, so far, is varied and the characters that you can be have unique capabilities. I just finished the mission with Jazz and really loved his grapple ability.
I also have been having a blast with the MP. It really is just solid and improves on what they did before. It really is a shame that games like this don't become more popular than they are. I haven't had any problem finding games but it isn't in the top 20 on Major Nelson's most played list. If anyone is slightly interested, I highly recommend it.
