I understand some of that but it still seems weird to me that a soldier (not civilian) can stand next to an enemy and have such a low percentage to hit.

Soldier can be scare or maybe is a rookie.
Honestly I haven't see that on the PC, but I will take a close look tonight bud

You know what's weird? When I unlocked Sid Meier he had different armor and abilities. I wonder if he is randomly generated with each unlock.

Picked the game up today after trying demo. Learned a hard lesson. Played for about 2hrs assuming the game would be auto saving at some interval. Game froze up, and from what I can tell I now have to start over from the beginning.

Good thing the game is freaking AWESOME !

So I figured out there is an option to enable Autosave in the Gameplay options section

Anyone else having the game lockup while the 'Alien Activity' message is up? Seems like the game gets stuck dealing with the Aliens turn sometimes. Only option is to exit to Dashboard
