Sheriff, in which server are we going to play GW2? Is that already decided?
I heard that if you want to move to another world, you need to pay something.
I was able to play and test my new machine with GW2 for approximately 20 mins... I love it!!
I told Sheriff that Is not that I did not like the game, but PC was unable to run it accordingly.

For any betas and stress tests: Fort Aspenwood.
For launch: Undecided, but leaning toward Yak's Bend.

If you want to change servers, you have pay a real world fee. (That's why I'm giving a lot of consideration to what the final choice will be. So when we pick a server, it's that server for life.) Now, you can GUEST on other servers if you have a friend on that server. For example, if you are on Yak's and you have a friend on Crystal Desert, you can still play with that friend. However, you can only do PvE content when you're guesting--no WvW.

Not unless you purchase more than one copy of the game. Each account is tied to one server.

Your characters can always "guest" on other servers to do PvE content with friends. The only thing you can't do is WvW on another server.

And of course about an hour in to the game I am told I need to go run a couple of errands, both of which turned out to be useless errands, so missed the game time again....
