You may have noticed there hasn't been a Community Cast in a few weeks. Part of being a Geezer is knowing that we don't have as much free time as we used to. With jobs, spouses, kids, mortgages, bills, and a host of other responsibilities (not to mention the last-minute emergencies any of the above can cause), it can be hard to get the schedules of four people to mesh where even a couple of us can get online to record.

However, if we have more people in the pool, there's a better chance that two or three someones can get together to talk about our common hobby.

Do you want to be a part of the podcast? Let us know! Our only requirements are Skype and a desire to talk about video games, the gaming industry, and anything else to which the conversation may drift.

Recording times have traditionally been Saturday at 10PM ET but can be adjusted for the needs of the many (or the one).

I'd be interested in this, if only to get to know my fellow Geezers better. I have absolutely no experience in podcasting, however, so you might want to look for someone more established.

I know nothing of things gaming. I'm a nerd in the nerdworld: I've only just learned that there is a firefight map in REACH that is a copy of a part of a campaign level from Halo 1, and REACH is the only game I play! I don't know how much I could bring to this, but I'm intrigued and will think about it.

Hey Cyber, how's it going? I'd be more than happy to be part of the Community Cast. I'm set up with Skype and a quality headset because I use it for work. The time works for me too. Reach out if you want to chat.

I'm more than willing to help out. Tech is my game and certainly have no issues with using Skype. I like to stay "in the know" with all current games and future releases and think I'd be able to contribute fairly well.

That is if you can pry me away from Iron Brigade with Gman and the guys and Gears 3 with AmethystLuna and JRSMike.
