In here we are going to talk about any GIA Clan related topic. For example, if we post an announcement, we want to hear what you guys/gals think. Also we want to hear suggestions to keep the clan in harmony and growing.
Please, let's keep this thread clean, we need to have a "guestbook" or "box for suggestions" open all the time, so the staff can discuss those topics.

We have a staff that helps run the clan, but is OUR clan, so everybody should be participate.

Good post, Kaz - I think it clarifies several items and encourages more time to get to know folks while also ensuring activity both via Xbox Live and the forums.

One thing I'd suggest is cross-posting the new guidelines in both the first post of the "Recruitment is Open" thread and the "GIA Guidelines" thread so it's easier for prospective and current memebers to find.

I agree, good post. As per the guidelines, does this mean there will be some Gears 2 and Halo Reach clan nights in the future? It would be great to have an excuse to break these back out.

My guess is that alot of people have 2 of the 5 games. But we know really who has what until we have the game nights...or everyone updates their games list on the Google Docs spreadsheet.

I do not have 2 of the 5 games. My opinion is that it is not fair to make exceptions for some members but not for others. I understand your reasoning. It's been great getting to know all of you. See you around in the main forums.
