Limited Edition Halo 4 Console
I've been toying with the idea of buying the Limited Edition Halo 4 console. The Elite 250GB that I have works fine and I've never had any trouble so it's not that my current system need replacing. I'm wondering if anyone else is considering making the purchase or possibly has any addition system information beside the standard details that I've read. I guess that I'm looking for the little "push" so-to-speak to help me come out of my pocket for the $$.

I heard that if you get the L.E. Halo 4 console, they install a Cortana robot to bring you beer when you need it.

**push** I have found that the slim model is generally a much better unit than the old style. I am sure you have read all about it. But it is quiet and runs smooth. I would make the upgrade just for that reason. **end push**
and you get a cool looking box to actually show your gamer friends, and as twin jedi said it runs cooler n quieter, also if you get a kinect,myou won't need the plug in for it as the xbox 360's will power it without a plug in, ohohoh the ring is blue.....

I liked the Cortana/beer idea best.
The wife's getting the Halo 4 console. I got the Gears 3 one last fall. She's currently using the Halo Reach one. We were never impressed with it. They made it seem like it would make all these cool noises, which wasn't the case. The only sounds it made were the halo 3 sound effect of when a power up became available or when your shields would regenerate. Lame Sound Here Our oldest will get that hand me down. He's pretty excited about that. He's the last one in the house to get a slim.
Replacing broken xbox's is old hat for us, we're at the point now where we'd just as soon replace them before something goes wrong. We've had too many of them" red ring" us, right when we don't want them to.

In support of me getting back into gaming, the wife has picked up one of these Halo 4 Xboxes as my B-Day present. I am really excited to get back into it.
