Okay, so I hear about this game coming out today. What's the deal with it?

Played the first one and loved it. Got the second and haven't gotten a chance to play yet. What do you want to know?

I picked it up yesterday and played it for a few hours. Gunner and I am working it through the campaign. Seems like a good game. I have played the first one, so I knew what to expect.

If I buy another game anytime soon my wife will probably kill me so even tho i do want it... I'll pass on it for a little while.. I kinda tend to enjoy being alive to play my games..
Being dead would probably put a damper on things

I remember playing the Bulletstorm demo how that was just outrageous multiplayer. Is Borderlands like that, or is there a point? What's the lure to play it?

I'm honestly not sure how bulletstorm was but the first borderlands was pretty fun.. a little over the top as far as guns and such but it's awesome. There is a story to it but I think its kinda like a first person RPG Diablo-esk thing..

Borderlands is a open world RPG - Cowboys in space. Interesting world, mature toilet humor. Tons of weapons to choose from.
It is a first person shooter, with a very unique art style. It received very high grades. I am enjoying it very much so far. The co-op is fun and is drop in and drop out. Now when you join a co-op game you are joining the other persons "world" so your personal progress in your "world" will not be effected. You will however be allowed to keep any $$ or guns etc that you find. I have not tried the MP yet as the main story is about 30 houors long. But there are tons of side missions and plenty of things to do if you choose to look.

A perfect game to keep me busy till Halo 4 drops.

    Howdy all.

Borderlands 2 is right up there with the Halo franchise when it comes to co-op gaming. If you enjoy co-op and you enjoy first person shooters, this is a must buy.
It dont mean a thing if it aint got that swing!!!
