It will be great if we can have a big group of geezers going, like we did on 2011. We also have a thread running for people who wants to attend over here and we will be updating both threads with list of people who attend and news about Pax East

If the timing is right, looks like there's going to be a Canadian contingency heading to Boston. That's IF Me and Admiral can get free of the clinics. We'll be picking up Apple before hitting the border, then Dragon along the way.

The last time I was in Boston, I remembered it was kinda expensive. Any ideas where to stay without breaking the bank?

Doc, you and Admiral had better be able to get the time off because my cousin Brian in Natick says that he's got 8 three day passes reserved for us. I have to pay him for them by the end of December though, so while we've got a little time to get it all done, we'll need to lock it down sooner rather than later. Me and Apple are two, you and Admiral are two, and I think Ghost is 90% sure that he's going ... so that leaves three more available. I'm confident we can find another three, but I doubt we can find five ... so get it done.

Brian's got all kinds of suggestions for places we can stay on the (relative) cheap so no worries there. We won't be in downtown Boston, but we'll have cars so that's not a big deal.

I might be able to get a few days off to go. Do you still have extra passes, Dragon? Just a quick question: why is there the need for another thread (that I found out takes you over to geezersinarms.com)? Just curious... that seems like extra work for no reason.

I remember you mentioning those passes last week, Dragon, but was prepared to pay separate days. Would be awesome to save 35 bucks all the same. That's a load of beer and wings right there.

Klyde, my cousin said he was absolutely sure he could get 8 badges for us, so yeah, one of the remaining 3 is yours if you want it. As I mentioned, I don't actually "have" them yet, but Brian and I grew up together in Massachusetts before my parents moved to Vermont, so I know his word is good. Once we get closer to December when I have to send him the cash, I will ask you guys to send me your share via Pay Pal as I'd rather not front that much money, especially during the holidays.
